Terms of Enrollment
This agreement is valid for one year and begins upon receipt of payment. Payment is due at the time of acceptance. Once payment is received, we will contact you to schedule your service. Please note, the agreement does not include refrigerant, air filters over 2 inches thick, blower wheel cleaning, humidifier pads, UV lights, water filters, or any additional parts not specifically listed.
