I called and within the hour, Matt Misel was at my house to diagnose the problem and then had the parts and time to fix the issue by that afternoon. The customer service was top notch. The second job I had the MiselBerger complete was changing out all of our copper and lead pipes for pex and they installed a new shower head and water pipes access in the bathroom.
